Sharp was born and raised at home in Rochester (New York) and immersed herself in music. While at the Hochstein School of Music, she was a student of clarinet, cello and piano. Sharp's love for theatre at school led her to apply to The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded a scholarship. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp following her graduation. Sharp turned her attention to the stage. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel, debuted Off-Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and played eight different roles in the hilarious comedy Eat the Runt. Sharp's theatrical performances include Abyssinia and Aida. Sharp's talents are not restricted to screen or stage. Sharp also wrote and written a number of projects. She sings as often as she can, and is currently working on a full-length album in production. Sharp likes to stay fit and is always in good fitness by learning Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp lives in Los Angeles.
