Lis Wiehl (born August 19, 1960) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author, and an ex-legal analyst at Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She also has provided legal commentary for Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor, and National Public Radio. She's been as a guest on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File, with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs and Megyn Kelly, as well as the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl is she is a Yakima resident who graduated from West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in English from Barnard College, followed by a master's degree in literature at the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl was a prosecutor for the US Attorney's Office. She was an NPR legal reporter. All Things Considered. She served as "deputy chief investigative attorney for Democrats on House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. She was a law professor as a tenured law professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 until 2001. Wiehl served as an analyst for Fox News Legal Analyst from the year 2001 through 2017.
