Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco - is a Canadian as well as an American artist and singer. More than 20 albums were released by her. The songs of DiFranco are classified as folk or alternative rock. However, they also are influenced by hip-hop, jazz and punk. Ani diFranco was the first artist to establish her own record label in 1990. Ani is widely considered to be a feminist icon. DiFranco apology was made in the year 2013 when it was revealed that she was scheduled to hold an event for three days at the site of a Louisiana ex-slave plantation.
