Lindsey-Vonn
Lindsey Vonn was born in 1984 and is now retired. In 2010 she was the winner of four World Cup events, including the downhill gold medal. Vonn is ranked second to the top of the world in super scores amongst female or male skiers. She's the most famous as well as one of America's most loved skiers. Lindsey American World Cup alpine ski racer Caroline Vonn also known as Lindsey Vonn competes for the US Ski Team. She is the four-time winner of the World Cup. She's one of the most famous athletes in American History. She is one of just six female athletes who have taken home trophies the five World Cup competitions in alpine. Overall, she's won an impressive 82 World Cup championships. An elite skier and one of America's most experienced ski racers, she has decided to retire after the World Championships that take place in Sweden. A string of health problems have led to the multiple World Cup Overall Champion to make the decision to retire. Social media was her way to declare her retirement. This week, I'll be racing in my last races in my professional career at the Downhill World Championships, as in addition to in the SG World Championships held in Re Sweden.
